Google Plus badge for celebritiesPeople mock Google for trying to mimic Twitter. On Saturday, its social network service, Google Plus, rolled out a new verification badge program. Celebrities, public figures and those who have big influences to a large number of people in their circles can verify their identities with a small banner and a check mark located next to their names.
