Omelette this morning

Posted by David Khoirul

My mom is not at home now. She went to Klayar, Paciran, to help my aunt Sumiyana prepare the wedding party of her youngest daughter, Sukriyatin. So I have to cook. I made this omelette myself this morning, and will make it again later for my lunch.

Omelette is one of my favorite foods. This food is commonly thought to have originated in the ancient near-east. Beaten eggs were mixed with chopped herbs, fried until firm, then sliced into wedges. Although I'm not really good at making it, my omelette is enough for my breakfast. Anyone?
