Tifatul Sembiring Menkominfo Michelle ObamaAfter posting a controversial statement about AIDS on his Twitter account, minister Tifatul Sembiring tweeted his handshake with US First Lady Michelle Obama. This handshake will not bring a controversy if only Tifatul did not cite that he kept his principle that he would never shake the hand of a woman who is not his mukhrim (woman that he is not related or married to).

The fact, however, is different. At the National Palace, Tifatul Sembiring, the Menkominfo or Minister of Communication and Information Technology, shook the hand of Michelle and said that he did it with am exception. Here's Tifatul's tweet, posted just a few hours after the handshake.

“Sdh ditahan 2 tangan, eh Bu Michele-nya nyodorin tangannya maju banget…kena deh. (“ I tried to prevent [being touched] with my hands but Mrs. Michelle held her hands too far toward me [so] we touched)
